Rejuvenate at Spa Atlantis 

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we recommend that you arrive at least 45 min prior to you service. This allows time to shower and enjoy our spa relaxation rooms which include the Aqua Lounge, Laconium Relaxation Lounge, Brine Inhalation-Light Therapy Lounge, Herbal Steam Room and Cedarwood Sauna.

If arriving late, we will do our best to accommodate your originally scheduled appointment; there may be times when we are unable to do so. Your appointment will end on time and the full value will apply.

The Spa and Fitness Center are adult facilities and appropriate for guests 18 years of age and older.

We provide a luxurious robe and spa slippers to wear. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please disrobe to the level of your comfort. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping, and your privacy will be maintained at all times. We also recommend guests bring their fitness attire and bathing suits to enjoy all we have to offer. Lounges are designed for a co-ed environment.

Spa Atlantis provides a locker for your personal items. For your convenience, we offer safety deposit boxes. Our Spa Concierge will be happy to assist you. Spa Atlantis is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

You may purchase gift cards online, at one of our retail outlets, including our Spa, Salon and the Atlantis Gift Shop, or by calling 775.335.4535. Gift cards purchased online can be picked up at the Business Center or mailed out for an additional $5 service fee. A tracking number is also available to you for $11.

Spa Atlantis is a tobacco and alcohol free spa but our guests can enjoy an alcoholic beverage while they relax in our indoor or outdoor pool areas which are located conveniently next to our spa. If you are receiving a service, please be mindful of the harmful effects of consuming alcohol prior to your service.

Spa Atlantis invites you to our Tea Lounge area where we offer dried snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, teas, and both regular as well as infused waters. If you would like to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we do offer poolside dining at our indoor or outdoor pool deck areas where our In-Room Dining staff will serve you your meals. Please be prepared to pay for any meals ordered separately from your spa bill.

Most guests choose to arrive 1-2 hours prior to their appointment and stay 1-2 hours after their treatment.

Spa Atlantis wishes all of our guests good health, but if you are feeling under the weather, we recommend rescheduling your service to a future date. Receiving a service while sick may have negative effects on your body as well as spreading the sickness to others.

Spa Atlantis is pleased to offer day access to our guests who are not receiving treatments subject to availability. For $95, you can enjoy the many facilities our spa has to offer as well as our fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool areas. We do not book day passes ahead of time and only offer them the day of. Day passes are subject to availability because most days are fully committed making day passes unavailable.

Spa Atlantis offers Reno and Nevada residents 15% off services and products Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Discount does not apply to spa day passes. We do not combine local discounts with player’s cards or SpaFinder cards.

Spa Atlantis is pleased to welcome our mothers-to-be. For the safety of the mother as well as the child, we offer our Pre-Natal massage after the first trimester which you can enjoy for 60 minutes. If you are in your first trimester, we are happy to offer you any of our luxurious facials or our Spa Pedicure.

Please refrain from shaving legs before a pedicure or body scrub.

We recommend that you check with your physician prior to your visit at Spa Atlantis. Please notify us of any special need or concerns. Your therapist will consult with you prior to your service. He/She may recommend modifying the service, booking another service or may find it necessary to cancel the service.

Elderly people, pregnant women and those with health conditions should consult with a physician before entering a spa or cold water pool.

Our Spa is a cell phone-free zone. Cell phones may be used at the indoor pool deck and outdoor pool deck but never inside the Spa, including the specialty rooms and lounges. Cameras are never allowed in the area.
